Demo Unit for Automation Manufacturer

An industrial manufacturer of automation approached VLS Group for assistance with designing and building a demo unit to be used in their training facility, and for the benefit of sales reps and their clientele. This was due to our reputation for developing excellent demo units for other clients. Aesthetics played a major role in the design of this particular product, as well as user-friendliness. They also needed to be sturdy and durable to prevent damage during shipping and transport.

Utilizing SolidWorks 3D CAD software, VLS Group designed the end product and confirmed all measurements down to the precise millimeter, allowing our client to see a final model before moving to the production phase. The result was a massively successful product delivered to our client which exceeded expectations, and was lauded for its design and quality.
